This new edition of the EUCARPIA Meeting on Genetics and Breeding of Tomato will be held in springtime in Fuengirola, a coastal town near Málaga, Southern Spain. Venue will be a comfortable, beachfront hotel with a number of available rooms sufficient to host all the meeting attendants.

It will bring together tomato geneticists and breeders from academic institutions and seed companies and it will be the first Eucarpia Tomato Meeting after the release of the sequence draft from the successful International Tomato Genome Sequencing Project. You are welcome to attend and present your latest results in the form of oral communication or poster in the scientific sessions during the two full day conference. Interaction with colleagues at the social events and the technical trip to a nearby greenhouse production area that will be scheduled is guaranteed.
